ground level

Hi,

I noticed my Gipsy shows everything else altitude and related data.

I can see Altitude (paraglider quota), variometer, speed, time.... but I'm not able to see "ground altitude" or "altitude over the ground" (how many meters paraglider is hight from ground level).

Under numerical data I can see paraglider altitude graph. Again... I cannot see ground altitude graph...

I own 1.7.4, installed on Linux x86_64. Firefox 10.0.6,

I'm unable to find some option to set to solve this lack...

Ciao.

    Ciao Tiberio,

quindi anche tu sei un utente Linux! ;)

Th value you are refering to is present in the graphs in the flight pages on this website, under the term "AGL" (Above Ground Level).

As far as I know, terrain data is not imported in GiPSy, so it couldn't calculate such value.

I don't know if such a feature could be added to the program, tere could be some problems (I guess licensing problems with terrain data, maybe); only Ondrap can tell, let's wait for his response.
